ALL ELIGIBLE ORDERS PLACED AFTER NOVEMBER 21, 2022 ARE QUALIFIED FOR EXTENDED RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES THROUGH JANUARY 10, 2023

 

NON-HOLIDAY/STANDARD RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WE ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ALL FULL-PRICE ITEMS, THIS INCLUDES BAGS, CLOTHING, JEWELRY, SHOES, SWIM, AND CASA GOODS (EXCLUDES VINTAGE CASA PRODUCTS) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. 

SHOES CAN BE TRIED ON BUT AT HOME WITH SOFT SURFACES AND CAN NOT BE WORN OUTSIDE.

SWIM LINERS MUST NOT BE REMOVED TO BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS.

THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN THE EXACT CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS SHIPPED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE NOT CREDITED.
