Shipping and Returns


U.S. shipping only:

  • UPS *Ground - Free Domestic orders $150+
  • UPS *Ground - $10 Domestic orders below $150
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - $25
  • UPS Next Day Air - $35

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico require a $25 flat rate.

Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Order cut-off time for upgraded shipping is 11 AM PST; any orders placed after will ship out the following business day.

    International shipping only:

    • Rates vary and are calculated at checkout (Total amount you pay at check-out includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery).


      U.S. orders only:

      We gladly accept returns on all full-price merchandise, including bags, clothing, jewelry, shoes, and swim. Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

      Sale items marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

      Sale items not marked as 'final sale' are eligible for exchanges and store credits only, no refund.

      Purchases made from sample sales are considered 'final sale' and are sold 'as is'. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sample sale goods.

      Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for orders delivered to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, and Hawaii.

      All returns and exchanges must be included on your packing slip. Any non-authorized returns will be refused or returned to the sender.

      For all returns, we deduct a fee of $7.95 from the refund due to the customer. This fee is waived for all eligible exchanges.

      International orders only:

      For all international orders, returns for refund are not allowed; however, we are able to accommodate exchanges at the customer's expense. Please reach out to customer service for further assistance. SIMONMILLER is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit; however, we are here to assist as much as we can in filing lost claims.


      If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact SHOP@SIMONMILLERUSA.COM immediately upon receiving it. If you return without contacting us, we may refuse the return.

      If damaged after customer wear, we will make our best recommendation to assist, but we do not replace or refund worn or used merchandise within reason.

      We do not accept returns purchased from another retailer. We recommend that customers contact the retailer directly.


      All returns of full-price merchandise that are shipped back within the specified period in their original condition (e.g., unworn, unaltered, with original tags, etc.) will be refunded to the original form of payment.

      For all returns, we deduct a fee of $7.95 from the refund due to the customer. This fee is waived for all eligible exchanges.

      Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return is received for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment. We do not credit shipping costs.


      We are happy to price match a third party vendor’s markdowns/promos of up to 50% off the original retail price. Please note that the item(s) must be available in the same size and color in both locations to be eligible. Price Matches will only be granted within (7) days of the original purchase.
